ARIA LIVE STREAMING

Aria Live Streaming is designed for a more presentational format than the Aria Live Meeting and generally has a higher production value. Audience engagement can be created through use of Q&A or Live Chat windows. Our live streaming options are ideal for Worship Services, Educational Environments, or Conferences. All virtual packages include privacy protection, either through a password or imbedded stream in your own website. You control who views your content. If desired, Aria is also experienced in graphic creation and support as well as video production which can be utilized for your event. 

For ease of comparison we've developed the following three options. Add-on equipment and services may be added to any package, making your live-stream event custom tailored to your needs. 
Tier 1 Streaming Solution - One to Many

The Tier 1 Aria Package offers our quickest and easiest option for producing and delivering a secure live stream from one location to an unlimited number of virtual viewers. This can include a simultaneous live feed to your FaceBook or YouTube pages if desired. ​

With this package your stream will have the ability to broadcast not only the speaker or performers onstage, but also cut away to any PowerPoint slides, title pages, or video clips a presenter may choose to include. 

Keep your viewing audience engaged and encourage interaction through a chat or Q&A window.

Tier 2 Streaming Solution - Two to Many

​The Tier 2 Aria Package offers everything included in Tier 1 but with additional equipment and personnel. Use of two cameras allows for a more dynamic event and greater audience interest.  The ability to add “Lower Third Titles” will focus viewers on who is speaking, or highlight current topics being discussed.

​Most significant is the added “Picture in Picture” capability allowing two images to be shown simultaneously. This can be a speaker on one side of the screen, with text, video, or second camera footage, appearing in a window next to them.  Another use of this feature is including an off-site presenter (using Zoom, Webex, etc.) enabling them to interact with local presenters on-screen. 

Lastly this package includes a hard drive recording of the entire event and unedited recordings from each camera. You can then post the event for any who missed it. You can edit and convert this captured video into education or training videos or just add it to your archival library.

Tier 3 Streaming Solution - Many In Many Out

The Tier 3 Aria Package offers everything included in Tier 1 and Tier 2, but with significantly improved production quality. 

  • As many as six additional offsite presenters can be viewed simultaneously with local presenters.
  • ​A virtual green room will allow all speakers to see each other and communicate when not “on camera”. Waiting presenters can also see and hear the live presentation stream. 
  • ​Your Virtual Facilitator will communicate behind the scenes with Aria Personnel and waiting green room presenters to ensure an orderly event and smooth transitions.
  • ​Multiple custom windows can be crated for each “on camera” presenter so they can see PowerPoint, personal notes, and/or their own image if desired.
